| The absolute worst owner you could possibly have running a cannabis shop. Lucky to get a couple sarcastic words out of his mouth before he trys to sell you product and get you out of store without applying his own reward points to your purchase. Zero personality. Zero customer service skills from this dude. It's like he's got better things to do then run his own business. | ||

| Have to be honest about this one. Even tho it's the closest cannabis shop to me in Whitby they charge about 10 to 20% more than other shops for the same product plus the wait times are a joke. I guy serving customers who likes to talk way to much to all his friends instead of just moving the line. People are busy these days. They want weed at the best price and quick service. Two standards this place unfortunately doesn't offer. | ||

| When you go in a buy a preroll on Jan 15 2024 and realize after purchase that the package date is Oct 2022 you know you have a problem. Staff was nice but no way should you be selling any stock that is over a year old I'm sorry unless it's discounted heavily. Check your packaging dates. This seems to be a regular thing the further north you go. | ||

| You may want to rethink your hire of the lady who is working in there today sun may 28/23. Totally ridiculous behavior and customer service. Did not even say a word upon entry and then as soon as I mentioned the fact she needs to speak up so that customers can hear her she looses it and won't serve me. So sessions you loose my business because of this awful employee who looks like she may want to put down the pipe and work on her customer service skills. | ||

| You go in with no one in the store start looking at cases. One guy behind the counter. No one greets you. No one asks if you need help finding anything. Then they take care of customers that come in after you for pickups before helping you waiting at the case selections. So I Walk out. You don't want my business then I'd gladly buy my cannabis where it is cheaper anyways. Two big thumbs down for this spot. | ||
