Was a regular here, not anymore. Zero customer service, they don't backup the customer on defective products even in the slightest. There's No loyalty program which i accepted and still came back regularly, after today's interaction, I don't see a point in coming back. I'll go elsewhere. Threw my $50 product in the garbage that I didn't get to use at all and have to eat that loss myself. What a joke
