Its great service here usually, rather disappointed today. I've been shopping here for awhile now weekly, and I'm always told to save my packaging incase I need a refund. The vape I purchased from here malfunctioned and burned all of the product inside, I attempted to return it with original packaging and was told that its actually full and not empty, despite me looking at the clearly empty cartridge. the employee asks me to take a hit of it and i do, it tastes like burnt plastic and weed. I'm told the best he can do is give me a 20% discount on my next purchase because it clearly works fine and is still full (it was empty and burnt). he also tells me that he knows these products are faulty and people have issues with them all the time: "its hit or miss" yet they still sell them to their customers and still wouldn't replace my purchase. The employee was very helpful and nice but the service was not satisfactory.
