| Vessel's products and customer service are always top of the line! If on the off chance you have issues with your device Vessel's team goes above and beyond and stands behind their product and makes it right. I had an issue with one of my devices and emailed some photos to them to see if anything could be done. I received a reply (the same day) from their team letting me know a replacement is on it's way! Sure enough I got a second email with the tracking info. This type of customer service makes me feel good about every product I purchase from them. I know I'm getting a high quality product that the company stands behind--thank you Vessel team for hard work, craftsmanship, and stellar support! | ||
