| During my visit, I found Shayla L to be unfriendly and unwelcoming. I came in with the intention of making a purchase, just like any other Indigenous customer. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and provided the same level of customer service, regardless of who they are. My experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I hope this feedback helps improve how customers are treated in the future. | ||
