| Visited this shop with a friend over the weekend and we were met with a strange, almost condescending attitude from the staff. We were looking for product recommendations based on our evening plans, and it was almost as if the staff were irritated. Instead of answering our questions, they made assumptions on the education we needed about their products. They then went on about how they sell their products and provided process-related details as if we should know this information already. Overall, they have a great shop and selection but it did leave me feeling belittled and motivated to shop elsewhere. | ||
