Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Products
I recently purchased a vape cart for $30+tax, and it was a complete waste of money. The cart had a terrible taste and smell.
While the staff were friendly on my initial visit, calling me "babe" and "honey," their customer service fell apart when I returned with an issue. The first response was, "And we are back," followed by immediate denial and finger-pointing without even acknowledging or listening to my concerns. They went into defense mode, ultimately saying, "We can't do anything about it, sorry, too late," indicating no interest in retaining customers.
The store also has a limited variety, especially in vape products. For seasoned connoisseurs, this place is a rip-off. The vape cart they recommended was absolute trash, which highlights their lack of understanding or perhaps a preference for subpar products.
I will not be returning and advise others to avoid this place if possible.
