| Editing my previous 5-star review: I've been coming to this location weekly (if not more) for the past 2–3 years and used to genuinely love visiting. Some of the staff truly made the experience enjoyable, and we always looked forward to chatting with them — especially Zack (who sadly no longer works here), as well as Ruth and Atishan. Unfortunately, my recent experiences haven't been the same. Some staff members have come across as rude, and a few of the newer employees don't seem very knowledgeable or willing to help with recommendations. I've even felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking questions. Today's experience was especially disappointing. Management allowed another customer to enter without ID because they recognized him. At the same time, even though Mark said he recognized me as well, management still refused to let me in without ID. The inconsistency felt unfair and unprofessional, particularly as a loyal, long-time customer. This used to be a go-to spot for me, but lately the service hasn't felt as welcoming or worth the visit as it once did. | ||
