Very weird experience. I walked in and I was greeted in French very kindly. Okay.. not that weird. Figured someone is just being quirky. I don't speak French though. I said bonjour back and Je vais bien. Very limited French I know. I looked around a bit and approached the counter. I asked if they could check the THC levels of a certain product. In English. I was responded to in French. When I said sorry I don't speak French, the face and attitude changed instantly. I was aggressively responded with well you spoke French when you came in so why can't you speak it now? I was like yeah because I was greeted in French and I used my limited 5th grade French knowledge to respond. The whole interaction was like interacting with a wall from there on. The vibe completely shifted. I understand Gatineau is right next to Ottawa, but ONTARIO is an ENGLISH first province. I shouldn't have to explain why I'm speaking in English. I'm a customer in an English province. Ridiculous. Definitely won't be returning. Cabana still has better prices. Take your heads out of your behinds and go sit on Legaults lap. It's right next door waiting for you.

The website is bad. Fix it. I don't want to come in and talk to your uneducated employees who don't even know what crumble is.
