During my visit, I was treated in a manner that clearly differed from the treatment given to other customers. The tone, attitude, and actions directed toward me were disrespectful and unjustified. No customer should ever feel targeted, profiled, or judged because of their background or appearance. This type of conduct is unacceptable in any professional environment and is especially troubling in a retail setting where inclusivity and respect should be core values.I am bringing this matter forward not out of anger, but out of principle. Incidents like this are harmful, damaging, and create an environment where customers do not feel safe or welcome. I strongly urge store management to take this situation seriously, conduct a thorough review, and implement appropriate corrective measures. This may include staff training, clearer behavioural guidelines, and stronger accountability processes to ensure that all customers are treated with equality and professionalism.
I sincerely hope that this feedback is used constructively. Respectful service is a basic expectation, and I believe that meaningful steps can be taken to ensure that no other customer has to experience such discrimination in the future. The lady with purple hair is the most rasist person I've ever seen.
