| Unacceptable customer service: Posting my experience to alert others so they won't feel the same the way I felt! I,ve been in saint John (Atlantic Canada) since 2023 and cannabis nb at Rothesay avenue and landsdowne avenue was my preferred places to visit and was never disappointed. I saw this place opened, may be few months ago, and have made nearly 10 visits by now. Once, I experienced poor service from one of lady there (couple of months ago), I was the only customer in the shop but the sales lady was trying to rush me and close the deal quickly. I prefer peace in mind, so I grabbed my stuff and went out. A similar thing happened yesterday, and it was a different lady this time. She wasn't helpful to show what they have and wanted to me to get what she showed me first. And also, showed reluctant attitude to explain when I was asking about THC percentages and to choose the one that I will like. To keep Peace in mind, again left without no comments but this is the 2nd time. I won't go this place again, and will stick to other cannabis nb shops in saint John. | ||
