I've noticed many local stores in Orillia CSR's can be rough around the edges, lack sale skills, and can be a little rough around the edges. Give both these gentleman a raise! The provide an unparalleled customer experience within their expertise of products, amazing ability to both, troubleshoot and problem-solve difficulties, and the kindness and service the exude.
