| Cohen and Ethan are the heart of this store, they are simply amazing at their jobs. I've noticed many local stores in Orillia CSR's can be rough around the edges, lack sale skills, and can be a little rough around the edges. Give both these gentleman a raise! The provide an unparalleled customer experience within their expertise of products, amazing ability to both, troubleshoot and problem-solve difficulties, and the kindness and service the exude. Out of all these stores, this is the one and only specific store I go to! | ||
