| Tbh, I like the employees here. I switched here from another dispo because it was cheaper and closer to me, which is convenient. Every budtender I've dealt with here so far has been warm and welcoming. Another thing that stands out to me is how "regular" the employees are. Just ordinary, kind people. I find budtenders at other places to be slightly intimidating with their knowledge pushing. I love when people know their stuff but I also think it's cool to just be someone who appreciates the plant and has a good vibe. I don't think all budtenders should know everything about cannabis and I often get the feeling that people think they should. I would love to apply here and work with these amazing people myself if I had more experience. | ||
