I was buying from you since you opened , I recently bought a vape and used it a few times that first 24 hours and then smoked, the next day it dies I believe still full essentially, this was the next night. Doesn't charge I try every way, still no charge .
Busy the next day no time to run in, in the next day. Told me I should of brought it in , in 2 days. I said I'm in here everyday , I'm not asking for refund just replacement if avail. He said 2 days is deadline what if I never opened this for two days or it was a gift.
I said I might have to discontinue their service if we can't rectify this, he said I'm not keeping you here. I was surprised, they don't care about the consumer just the money obviously. They no longer will receive mine. Good riddance .
