| Was here around 1:32 pm on 12th Dec , have been shopping at this location for almost 3 years straight now and I have been having an account with them too. But today when I was at the store , there was a girl ( don't know what the name is ) who denied service to me. She asked me for my id and I handed it out to her too and looking at it she bluntly said "we can't accept this id". That was my driving license which was issued by the Ontario province. This is the first time I am hearing something like this in my 5 years I have been here in Canada. I have been a loyal customer with famous flower but this kinda service is utter rubbish. This is not the first time she gave me this sorta attitude. The store should hire people who are good at customer service. I don't think it's fair for the customers to deal with this sorta service. | ||
