I've been going to this store for several years now, but I'm extremely disappointed with my last two visits here. There is a staff member who doesn't put out the ipad (with list of inventory) so that customers can read for themselves what is available. She insists that she knows everything available, but that doesn't mean I can remember all of those items or make sense of the differences, when you just recite them to me. I also have a brain disorder that prevents me from being able to use the kiosk, but why should I have to explain that and be vulnerable with someone who clearly doesn't care that everyone is different and doesn't benefit from being told a list of products? To make matters worse, instead of listening to me try to explain this, the employee told me to leave. Like actually kicked me out for trying to advocate for myself. I made a complaint in the company website a couple of weeks ago but haven't heard anything back which confirms my suspicion (based on the cues), that the complaint portal just goes right to the store manager. So there is no accountability whatsoever.
