Such an unpleasant attitude, the little girl with glasses is not capable of receiving criticism because I wanted to see the texture of the paper, they told me that the customer does not have the right to touch anything when all the other SQDCs let you do it ... SQDC is a state company so everything should be the same as rules ... And the father of Garda who says who his son-in-law is there blah blah blah and if I am not happy to go elsewhere ... You are right, my father went elsewhere ... A good course in customer service would do them good ... The manager is ticking but he is not always there .... unfortunately ... | ||
