I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Canna Cabana.
I arrived approximately eight minutes before closing and rang the camera doorbell to be let in. Despite this, I was not permitted entry, even though other customers were still exiting the store at the time. As an Elite member who was coming from out of town, this was particularly frustrating. I do not live locally and made the trip specifically to shop there, only to be turned away before the posted closing time. It felt as though staff were more interested in leaving early on a Friday night than serving a waiting customer.
The following day, I contacted the manager to express my concerns and to see what could be done to retain my business. Unfortunately, the conversation was equally disappointing. The manager immediately responded by stating she would not be providing free "flower", which was never my intention or expectation. Given the gas expense and the inconvenience, I had simply hoped for some form of customer goodwill, such as a small discount.
Overall, this experience reflected poor customer service and a lack of professionalism at this location. As a loyal member, I expected better.
