First off, i live an hour away from this store. I Have smoke shops out my way but i always went out of my way to shop at this store. I like the people and the selection of products. But i had a poor experience in July 2025 that left me with a bad taste in my mouth and i decided i will not shop here anymore.
On july 5th 2025 i purchased a puffco hot knife. It cost 89.99 before taxes. I unboxed it and read the manual top to bottom. I then proceeded to charge it. It would not charge. I switched cables and outlets and still nothing. I contacted the store and they told me they wouldn't exchange it and that i had to go through the company. They get the product far cheaper than the consumer does and the product was clearly defective. So after some back and forth he said If i didn't get anywhere with the company then they would take it back. 2 weeks later i went back to the shop and asked to speak to the manager. I had my device and my receipt and like i said, i was told they would switch it if i vouldn't get anywhere with the company. They lady asked for my receipt and went to the manager, only to come back and say i only had 24 hours and i was out of luck. I explained how i had called the day i bought it and was told they would take it back, but the manager stayed across the room on his phone making her relay the messages rather than come tell me himself.
