| I used to love this store and its employees—Kat and the girl with long blonde hair are always great. Unfortunately, ever since the male employee with long hair started working here, I've had nothing but issues. I went in to buy the Adults Only Missionary Mango DISPENSER and was mistakenly given a CART. When I politely pointed out the mistake, he insisted he had "clarified" with me (which is not true) and gave me nothing but attitude. He argued with me, said he was "running off 2 hours of sleep," and stated he was trying "not to go off on me" for simply trying to get the product I requested and asking him to speak with his boss. This man is about TWICE MY AGE and TWICE MY SIZE, which was completely unacceptable and intimidating. Despite me repeatedly stating that I wanted a DISPENSER and NOT a vape product, he sold me a missionary mango disposable vape , forcing us to do a THIRD TRANSACTION just to finally get the product I originally asked for. What should have been a simple fix turned into a frustrating and disrespectful experience. After years of being a loyal customer, I will not be returning if this is how customers are treated | ||
