Co-op Cannabis, Calgary AB |
Longtime coop member here and let's not get into the reason why I don't use coop for shopping anymore, just for a few sales here and there. It's about coop cannabis, twice now they've sold me a product that is not as advertised and twice now they've said they can't do a thing about it. First time it was for a shatter that wasn't shatter, it was a liquid syringe. Now they've sold me THCA diamond that is pure slop and will ruin the machine I use. Both times they said they can't do a thing about it and I have to go to the manufacturer. I say I will take my $100/week and spend it somewhere else. I've been to other places that honour what they sell and are willing to compromise when they are in the wrong, they will get my business from now on. Bunch of crooks.

Plantlife Cochrane, Cochrane AB |
What can I say that everyone in Cochrane already knows? Dalton, Chris, the staff at Plantlife, listen to what you have to say and help you with any decisions to making a choice. The other thing about this store is that the staff know what they're talking about. They're not use spewing out brochures or what they read in a magazine. They speak from knowledge and personal experience, that means a lot when you buy. You do not buy a car from someone who reads from a manual as a sales pitch, don't buy cannabis from a kid who doesn't know the difference between an indica or a sativa or a hybrid.
Update: Bret is awesome too, knowledgeable staff makes a huge difference
