| I went into the store with a friend who was looking for a particular product that she had heard about but was unsuccessful in finding. We spoke to sales representatives who walked her through all of her questions and corrected the misinformation that she had received previously at another location all done with a smile, friendly tone and without making us feel like a bother or that he had more important things to do. While I personally have not shopped there it was so good to witness the way my friend and I were treated. Customer service like this is so few and far between these days. Brendon is an excellent example of what people need in their frontline business roles. Appreciation from both Marie and I and you can expect many referrals from us both. Thanks Brendon | ||
