| The person who was working was super aggressive and frankly rude. I was asking for a specific product and said go ahead and choose one for me. She said 'well there's a lot sold out so I can't pick one off the sign and you need to choose one.' She said it in way that was impatient and bordering on disrespectful. There was no one in the store but me so I did not appreciate her attitude and impatience. Suffice it to say, I will NEVER go back to that store. There's so many cannabis stores in Hamilton, I will go to one who gives proper service in a welcoming way. I nearly walked out with the way she was speaking to me. If you don't know what specific product you're looking for, do not go here unless you like to be treated poorly! Buyer beware!! | ||

| Good selection and knowledgeable staff. I've been searching for a specific pen for two years now and they have it! I'm pleased with their products. I joined their loyalty program and now see that the more often you buy, the higher percentage you get as a discount. It's called the 'high roller club'. Cute name. | ||

| I ordered for pick up in error and called and said I'm on the other side of town so I need it delivered. I said I'm not at home but my hubby is and he can receive it. They cancelled the first order right away and I reordered and it was delivered quite quickly. Everything was there in a nice little fabric bag. Delivery is very convenient. | ||
