| I am honestly super disappointed in a mistake that should have been made right! Especially being as I shop there constantly and they know me very well! I purchased a handheld dry herb vape for my husband....due to some major health concerns this is his only way of smoking now....when I bought it the newest budtender handed it to me and said "30 days to exchange or refund on that one" get home he trys it and nothing is coming out of the mouthpiece and just shuts off after you've put the flower in! I just purchased it 5 days ago now had the receipt box tools ect....go in yesterday to return....nope sorry cant be used if your returning....UHM what?! NOW I understand if I was TOLD that at time of purchase but I was NOT! They also promised a manager to call back and nothing....! Still waiting for a call...super unprofessional and the consumer pays the price of uneducated budtenders! Will NEVER go back! | ||
