| If I could give a negative I would. Absolutely horrible service. Ordered online at 6 pm by 10:30 pm I called and asked where it was. They said they will let me know. I had to call back 3 times before he would answer my call. I ask again where's my stuff he said started giving me an attitude when I asked. He said I sent them a text they didn't reply yet. By 11 :30 I said cancel my order and refund it. He said ok. I called the next day to see if he refunded it. He did not. The girl said I'll have it delivered before 12. It's now 2 pm. Still not delivered. They will not answer the phones. I told my husband to go pick it up. It was sitting there on the counter. My husband said I'm picking up my wife's order. She handed it to him without checking ID or confirmation of the name. | ||
