| Do not buy glass here. One glass bowl had only two holes poked through. Retuning another occasion they just covered the manufacturing defect with a price tag so customers won't know until after they buy. My boyfriend was sold a very terrible quality bong with again the same issue only tree tiny holes to smoke from. There is so little air circulation in this bong it's causing me lung strain and apparently the bong wasn't cheap. It seems as though they just want to dump low quality products on whoever they can. And the biggest issue I have is the rude staff. Mostly the woman. Rude condescending tone when asking for id. Extremely short and rude to respond to anything asked of her, and puts out the impression she'll never get in trouble for this so deal with it. If u indicated you were unappreciative of her tone the other worker a younger guy will stare daggers at you. Just because you are the only location to buy these products from doesn't give staff the right to rip people off and treat customers like garbage | ||
