| I bought a 510 cartridge here but had an issue with the cart. Returned to the store and the person at the counter took the cart in to the back room and blasted it with a hair dryer (??) to clear the clog. When he returned with my cart the plastic was melted. I asked to return/exchange the cartridge but he said he couldn't accept a damaged product. | ||

| I bought a cartridge from their online storefront, took it home and tried it out but realised it didn't fit my device. They explained they couldn't refund me because the website clearly stated that it was a product for specific battery type but when I checked their website it didn't say that (they lied to me so they didn't have to give me a refund). Dishonest store. | ||
