I bought a cartridge from their online storefront, took it home and tried it out but realised it didn't fit my device. They explained they couldn't refund me because the website clearly stated that it was a product for specific battery type but when I checked their website it didn't say that (they lied to me so they didn't have to give me a refund). Dishonest store.
