I bought a 510 cartridge here but had an issue with the cart. Returned to the store and the person at the counter took the cart in to the back room and blasted it with a hair dryer (??) to clear the clog. When he returned with my cart the plastic was melted. I asked to return/exchange the cartridge but he said he couldn't accept a damaged product.
