| I've spent thousands of dollars at the joint and will never buy anything from them ever again. I picked up live resin and when I drove home 40 minutes away I opened the product it was leaking everywhere inside. After returning to the shop I was offered no discount on a replacement and at the time I decided to pick up a bowl for my bong which I was told would work well with the torch they sold me. The torch wouldn't even heat the bowl and when I returned to the shop to explain that they told me the bowl is for larger amounts of live resin and would need a bigger torch and they wouldn't take the bowl back. I asked to speak to the manager and the middle-aged East Indian woman there was not sympathetic whatsoever and when I was on the phone with a higher up she was laughing at me. I couldn't believe it. I wasn't causing a scene whatsoever. I was very calm and simply asked to speak to a manager. I have a ran a business for many years and if anybody has a product that is defective in any way I offer them something as a way to make amends and to show that I appreciate them as a customer. The Joint has shown that they don't value me as a customer so I will take my business elsewhere. | ||
