| I've had a concerning experience at this location recently. The store opens at 11 AM, yet on three separate occasions in the past two weeks, there has been no one available to open the store at the scheduled time. This inconsistency has been frustrating. We reached out to the store and spoke with a representative, Tanya, who advised us to return in 20 minutes. Upon returning at 12:20 PM—30 minutes after the time she suggested—we were informed that she was unable to scan or sell any items. In contrast, staff members like Woody (Chris) and Rebecca have consistently provided excellent service, offering knowledgeable recommendations and alternative products when needed. Unfortunately, my interactions with Tanya have been disappointing. Instead of attempting to assist with scanning issues or offering alternative solutions, she simply sent us away without trying to resolve the problem. On top of that, what should have been a brief trip turned into a lengthy and unproductive conversation. I hope this feedback helps improve the consistency and service at this location. | ||
