I called to ask a simple question and explain as it's a matter of they have done it before and now refuse to price match, I talked the intire time as I have a sore throat and couldn't talk loudly she said said I had to call back when a manager was around and she wasn't gonna listen to me yell when all I did was talk and explain my confusion very calmly, than she hung up on me haha so even if u talk nicely u can get hung up on by these employees a female working at 6:15 on August 16th, she was so rude couldn't even let me ask when a manager would be in next

Went in was in a rush and waited patiently for my turn than two guys came in and said they were in a rush and got to skip the line and than after they left I STEPPED ONE STEP FOWARD AS I WAS WAITING RIGHT BEHINF THE TILL AND TOLD THE THE SALESLADY (Kate) WHAT I WANTED ONE THING! as the only other person was still looking at the book even though she was there b4 me and the lady snobbed off with who was here first ? And I said well those guys just went I front of both of us , she ignored me and asked the lady looking at the book what she wanted… she went to the back to get some stuff for the lady I assumed she was grabbing mine as well as I had been patiently waiting and told her what I wanted, also i hadn't been looking at the book she didn't grab my product and said it was just too much for her to deal with the lady that was behind the counter and serving me was named Kate So if she's there u can skip the line if ur a guy and say ur in a rush !! Sadly I visited again as it was close by, I ended up needing to return the product went to return and was first told it's below half (it was not there's two air bubbles) than she said she can't do a return without a manager… weird much?? Yes because that's a lie I confirmed with multiple other cana cabana locations they don't need a manager for a return So I'll be returning when the manger in is… wasting gas money and time I guess that's what Cana cabana people like doing tho Any who's After went to value buds and asked t ..
