| I had placed an order for a cartridge from this store online. It was confirmed for pickup. The next day when I went to get it they claimed there was none available and it must have been a website glitch. I was super bummed. They sent me to another location across town to get my item. A courtesy email or something would have been appreciated as I could have saved time and money. No discount or anything of value was offered to me. I was told too bad so sad basically. Bad customer service. | ||
