Rly displeased with this place as of late. They changed their website and didn't inform their customers and all my loyalty points ( a year of regular savings worth) just disappeared. When I brought it up in store the manager did absolutely nothing to make it right with me, resulting in a negative customer experience for me as the entire concept was based on customer loyalty and it's clear they didn't care about me as a customer.
Second, and most importantly as it directly is a reflection of this store itself. I'm not sure what is up but there has been a serious customer service and attitude issue here over the past couple months. I've personally experienced and witnessed staff being passive aggressive with customers who had issues with the points issue or pricing. For some reason this location charges more for the same product than what their other true north store in Brighton charges(same company and a mere 10-15 minute drive away….felt like I was being price gouged). And also failing to adhere to their advertised price matching policy and again changing it at their discretion without notifying their customers. Most importantly though, again, is the attitude being presented by the staff. A customer should never be on the receiving end of your passive aggression or bad mood. Courteous customer service seriously isn't hard and up until recently this store did a decent job at it but now that's simply not the case.
