| The worst customer service i have experienced buying weed period... amd this includes before legalization. "Shift lead" kim has no business working in a store that is selling products that are sold to help customers relax. Someone that rude simply should just stay home. To question me about someone else's negative experience on trying to buy "the big steal" live resin then to proceed to become confrontational with me because they were the employee who dropped the ball with that previous customer on July 1st and tell me "well that's not exactly what happened but whatever" um excuse me Kim??? You are in your 50s 60s??, act your age not your shoe size. I wasn't the customer on the 1st of July.. it just turns out that I also enjoy the same concentrates(shocking i know) I will also add, I waited for a good chunk of time, as she tried to upsell customers on products they said they already tried and did not like, and when it was time for her to help one of the other 4 customer's(myself included) she said "okay who was next" while looking at me, as i raised my hand and started to say me, she just started helping someone who walked in after me. Since she was already being rude and hostile to me because of another customers experience i did bring that fact up to her, and she told me I should have done what I already did and was ignored with. Needless to say, I simply wont spend another $1 here as after I work a long day, I want to relax and unwind, not be treated like dirt .. | ||

| Usually the experience has been pretty good here, but I'm not sure what's going on with cashier #201700 because the environment she is creating today is absolutely toxic. Ask to buy two grams of shatter, one strain, and for whatever reason, the cashier just had no clue what she was doing(no she is not new). The brand is dab bods 2.0 but she insisted that it was 2 grams in the pack, when she realized she made a mistake she refused to move on, and just kept stating that they don't sell it in two grams.. obviously so, but why can't a person buy two 1 grams packages?? It's not over the limit, and it's never been a problem before.. Will continue to give this store a chance because it was a one off, but when regular staff start treating regulars this way it kind of shows the direction the store is going.. Remember we buy these products to relax not to get annoyed and stressed out. | ||
