| This has been my preferred store since moving to Palmerston 6 months ago. I'm in usually once a week, but seriously considering going elsewhere. Most of the staff who work here are amazing and helpful, however there is one woman in particular who makes the shopping experience almost unbearable. She'll make you feel bad for tapping your card to pay(it's 2025, basically everyone pays this way). She'll be in the middle of my purchase but then go let someone else in and if I ask to go to the other side for a vape I'm made to wait after the other customer is checked out(even if I was there 5 minutes before). Maybe she needs a refresher in how to deal with customers. Maybe she's just miserable, not sure but I do know from now on I will avoid going there while she's working. I'd rather pay extra and be treated with respect than to feel like I'm a nuisance in a shop where I am a paying customer. | ||
