| I have been supporting this store for many years and almost always have a great experience with the owner and his staff, after all buying cannabis should be a great occasion no matter what. I'm leaving this 2 star review to voice my displeasure over bad customer service with a newer employee. He looks like he didn't want to be there and is doing you a favor by tending the shop. When I'm trying to make a decision on what product to buy especially on something that can't be returned and is not inexpensive I'd like to have all the assistance possible to aid with that. A helpful and positive attitude goes a long way with bringing back repeat customers. Leaving this in the hopes it will help you improve your customer service experience for the future. | ||
