| I hate to be that guy, but I am 34 years old, with a fairly decent size beard, and multiple visible tattoos, that have clearly aged, and I still get turned away at the door because I forgot my wallet. I get that these systems are in place to protect minors and the store themselves, but there has to be a point. I don't take "getting carded" as a "compliment". It is an inconvenience. Because of this interaction, I will not be returning. | ||

| Up until recently this was one of my favourite stores. I ride an electric scooter and until recently, have been allowed to bring my scooter in and leave it by the door, making sure it isn't in anyone's way. Most scooters do not have a convenient way of locking to most bike locks. Today I was told that if I'm not comfortable leaving my scooter outside the front door, I cannot but product from this store. I will be frequenting this store much less, if at all, in the future if I will be asked to leave a $2000 scooter outside. | ||
