| TWO day policy on faulty carts!! I bought a 2G cart and a battery. Went on vacay. Returned to a leaky mess. You are expected to drain your cart in TWO DAYS MAX to determine if it is going to fail if u want a refund from these folks. Cost me $100 and and argument on the phone. Cost them a customer. On a side note: If you're an upset customer and in an argument about their policy it's probably going to escalate if the rep calls u "hon' in the middle of it all. Just my opinion but hey, Y'all do you! | ||
