| Been a regular here for 2 years, I've spent a countless amount of money here. The staff come and go but there's one or two that have stuck around. The rewards system is god awful and embarrassing, some days are double points, most aren't. I was told about a triple points day from an employee which was supposed to be today- turns out it doesn't even exist. Bringing in countless plastics for the recycling program is not a problem. The problem arises when I can't even use my $5 worth of points to redeem something UNDER $5. So I have $5 in points I can't even use? Fantastic, thanks. There's many better places to go that will award your spending as a customer adequately. The rest of these tubes are going in the trash bin because it's not worth the effort. | ||
