August 20th Ordered online, site stated transaction did not go through, but it was pending on my card then posted as a charge.
Phoned and left a message Recieved no call back.
Went in the next day and spoke to an employee who confirmed there was no delivery or order on his end and that this has happened in the past, took my name and stated he would call me after speaking to their tech team, never heard back.
Phoned and left another message stating if I didn't hear back by end of day on the 24th, 4 days later I would dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Never heard back.
Disputed charge, but out 62 dollars and change until credit company forces them to refund me.
Be careful ordering online from this company, there systems are clearly flawed the refuse to return calls or call back when you go there in person.
