Been coming to this Value Budz since it opened. I've had mostly great service for every employee there except one. On multiple occasions I've received rude service from the tall girl who works there. Last night it was 9:40 and the store was closing at 10. I was trying to decide what to purchase looking online and at the board and she said to me "Can you hurry up and figure out what you want I have things to do I'm closing". I was actually shocked. I took a second to think and I said to her "dont you close at 10" she said "yeah but I have things to do in the back and other customers might come in". After that I said nothing, I could have been rude back but I decided it's better to write this review and let the manager and owner know about this employee and how they conduct themselves. This is absolutely unacceptable way to speak to customers, I could come in at 9:55 you would still have to help me. The store closes at 10, just cause this employee wants to be out by 10 doesn't mean she gets to force people out of the store. Rude and not respectful way to perform in a customer service job. She obviously needs training how to speak to people with respect and be aware of the store hours. I spend at least $100 a week at this store. I won't be returning to this location ever again after last night, I'll be going to Ajax
