| Normally I don't like to leave low reviews… but I feel like my experience tonight was unacceptable. Though this store has a good variety… DO NOT USE A virtual VISA/DEBIT or virtual card for payment online. I went to pick up my order today and went through a complete run around for 20+mins due to "not having a physical card". Please note my visa debit is virtually offered through the RBC app, I am unable to get a "physical" piece of plastic with that #, and the website took my money no issue. When I went to pick up, I had a hell of a time as this was not a "physical card" (piece of plastic), in their opinion. I have never had an issue elsewhere or other cannabis shops as I present my RBC APP with the proof it's on my account… but here… it was not accepted? They told me they could refund and repurchase… but they can't accept it as a virtual card even with the card from my app, proof from my bank info that the money was taken by "hibuzz", etc.… they finally got "exception" approval and allowed after calling the manager, who then called the owner. If you don't accept it with pick up, do not offer it to pay. I suspect if you did Apple Pay or another virtual option you may not have the matching card will be in the same boat… so either do not bother ordering for pick up or choose pay in store cause this was utterly ridiculous to go through right before the holidays. | ||
