I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff refused to accept my ID simply because it was not in English or French. I understand rules may exist, but the way it was handled made me feel unwelcome and treated differently because I am not from here.
It was frustrating and embarrassing. As a customer, I expected respectful service and clear communication, but instead I felt dismissed. This made me question whether everyone is treated equally.
Overall, the service was poor, and the experience left me very disappointed.
