I've never experienced such horrific costumer service at an establishment let alone a dispensary in my life. I came in and asked for a cart at the cheapest price point, and was told that it was a $40 xplor cart- which is an absolute robbery and insane markup compared to every other dispensary i've been to in the GTA. After buying the cart i opened the package to see this (pic below). I then called the store and employee by the name of Muan continued to talk over me, tell me because i opened the package to check the fullness of the cart, he could offer me no compensation, and that essentially this issue is entirely on the brand. Muan ignored my multiple requests for him to call his manger to inquire. He then said he's recently had FIVE people complain about this brand. Following that statement i asked "why would you give me the worst cart, when i know there must be multiple brands at a low price point" he then looked confused and said it's not the worst but confirmed once again that tons of people complain about it and that they do have others at a low price point. After wasting time and money, to top things all off, Muan, (if that's actually his name) argued with me after i politely asked for his name, reiterating that he's not giving it to me multiple times. Only after i informed this uneducated employee that as a costumer service worker, he most definitely is obligated to give me his name, did he do so, before walking away snickering. As someone with more cannabis ..
