| Bad service. Might be nice when you purchase but when you come back within a couple weeks WITH the receipt to explain the purchased product was not working correct because the vape battery started over heating consistently and making the cartridges leak (tried all the vapes in another battery to make sure and no leaking with them using another battery) Associate said sorry we don't do exchanges or returns on accessories. Vape batteries are not cheap unless you buy cheap which we did not!!! The right way would be to look at the receipt and look at the product to ensure it is not working correct and then exchange with a new one and send that one back to the vendor with issues and correct the situation for the customer. They have officially lost two clients and we will pass this along throughout our friends to go else where!! | ||
