Great staff, super nice place, clean and friendly. As for Roll Tides unbelievable response, ROll TIDES post presents a conglomeration of personal grievances wrapped in a thinly veiled critique of customer service and modern societal tolerance. While the language is inflammatory, a detached, intellectual response can focus on the underlying logical and ethical fallacies without engaging in the commenter's emotional rhetoric. Roll Tide's attempts to elevate a transactional conflict—a perceived poor customer service encounter—into a sociological commentary regarding the 'softening' of the world. This is a common rhetorical device: using a specific, often trivial, instance to support a broad, unsubstantiated claim about cultural decline. ​1.
