| Unfortunately I have now had an unpleasant interaction in this establishment. After months of return business here and building a relationship with the pleasant staff I was refused a return. I purchased a cartridge that stopped working less then one day after purchase. When confronted with the return I was asked if it worked and I provided an honest response that it did. Now for whatever reason, less then 24hrs later it wasn't. She accused me of tampering with the item.?. I was respectful and kind when I spoke to how they like to elaborate on how good their return policy is. I was told "policy is policy" (worked for a puff= nonrefundable) and how they are not interested in a resolve to keep my further business. However, Toke St. Catharines was very accommodating. The type of service I would expect when trying to support small local businesses. I used to tell everyone to come here but St. Catharines has my loyalty now. | ||
