| Very disappointing experience. I ordered online and was given a delivery window of 2–4 PM. By 4 PM, nothing had arrived, so I called customer service only to be told it would now be delivered at 5 PM instead. No notification, no update just a last-minute delay after I had already waited around during the promised time window. If you can't meet your delivery estimates, don't give them. Poor communication and unreliable service. | ||
