Store will refuse to exchange broken / faulty products they sell you and will instruct you to contact the companies directly.
While this can be understood in some circumstances, as a blanket policy, it is incredibly anti-consumer.
I was refused an exchange on a faulty barely used vape, and now have to endure what will likely be a series of painful emails with a company that will take weeks to rectify the issue.
Will not be going again.
